The National Association of Social Workers Zimbabwe (NASW-Z) is a voluntary, membership-based, non-partisan, non-tribal, non-racial non-discriminatory and not-for-profit organisation.  NASW was formed in the 1960s. Its first Constitution was adopted in 1975. NASW-Z is an active member of the International Federation of Social Workers (IFSW) as evidenced by the election of its current president Mr Noel.G. Muridzo as a Member At Large-African Region of the International Federation of Social Workers.
